Chakra Balancing

It is a one-to-one healing session lasting one hour.
Chakras are the energy centers in our body that affect our physical health, emotions, and spiritual well-being. There are 7 main chakras, each connected to different parts of our body and aspects of life such as grounding, creativity, confidence, love, truth, intuition, and connection to the divine.

When energy flows freely through these chakras, we feel balanced, peaceful, and alive. Chakra Balancing is a gentle healing process using the vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls that helps clear blockages, restore natural energy flow, improve physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and bring a deeper sense of peace and clarity.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing healing process where you lie down and are surrounded by soothing sounds from instruments like Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells, and mantras.

These sounds and vibrations gently enter the body and mind, helping to release stress, calm the nervous system, balance energy, and guide you into a peaceful meditative state.

It is called a “bath” because the sound waves wash over you, creating a sense of inner stillness, clarity, and renewal.

Drop-in Yoga and Sound Relaxation Session

– USD 12 per person

(Everyday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM)

Our daily Yoga and Sound Relaxation sessions offer a complete experience for connecting the body and mind.

Anyone interested can join these classes and enjoy the yogic flow combined with the healing power of sound relaxation. It is a wonderful opportunity for those who love yoga, sound healing, and meditation. A truly enjoyable way to share positive energy together.

Five Elements Therapy

Five Elements Therapy is a holistic healing practice that works to balance the five great natural elements—Water, Air, Fire, Earth, and Space—within the body.

Each element is connected to specific physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of our being. Through the use of sound and vibrations, this therapy supports deep cleansing, grounding, emotional clarity, and spiritual balance in relation to the elements.
